Dance Conditioning (Ages 11-18) Tuesdays 5:15-6:00
A strength-focused, technique-building class designed to support dancers in all styles. Students work on core stability, flexibility, balance, and overall body alignment through targeted exercises and cross-training techniques. This class helps improve endurance, prevent injury, and enhance power and control—perfect for dancers looking to elevate their performance and refine their athleticism.
All January School of the Arts classes run from January 5th-February 2nd
This class has a one-time fee that covers the full semester.
