





Lantern Making Teacher Training Workshop
Who: Art teachers and teaching artists
When: Saturday, August 23, 10 AM-4 PM
In this unique and fun professional development workshop, teachers and teaching artists will learn three different lantern structures using sustainable materials with the intention of sharing the process with K-12 students and community members.
Participants will learn to make three different lantern styles, including a Vellum Tower, Bamboo Star, and Pyramid lantern.
