Lantern Making Workshop for Community Members & Creatives
Who: Participants ages 8+
When: Saturday, October 4, 10 AM-12 PM or 1 PM-3 PM
Cost: $15 per person
Creatives and community members of all ages are invited to learn the process of making their own Rattan Sphere lantern. Take your lantern home, with the option of bringing it to participate in the Lantern Parade on New Years Eve in Downtown Elizabeth City.

Stay tuned for details on Elizabeth City’s first Lights of the Albemarle Lantern Parade, happening in partnership with Elizabeth City Downtown, Inc. on January 31st. Participants in these workshops will be invited to showcase their lanterns in the public parade.
