Morning Camps

ALL DAY Center Player Camp INTENSIVE *PREREQUISITE REQUIRED (10-18) July 20-24 • 10-12 and 1-3 PM

Take your training to the next level! This full-day intensive is designed for dedicated performers who are ready to dive deeper into musical theatre. Students will focus on acting, singing, movement, and performance skills while preparing for the fall Center Player show.

IMPORTANT: PREREQUISITE REQUIRED: This camp is for serious performers and is open to current or previous Center Players, or students who have performed in Musical Theatre plays in the past.

Lunch is from 12:00–1:00 PM. Students are welcome to stay in the building for lunch. If they want to leave campus by themselves or with another adult, they need a signed note from a parent/guardian.

All campers should bring a water bottle and a snack.

Descendants vs Zombies Dance Camp (ages 4-11) July 20-24 • 10-12 PM

Choose your side and get ready to dance! Campers will learn fun, high-energy choreography inspired by their favorite characters while building confidence, coordination, and performance skills in an exciting and playful environment.

This camp meets Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Parents: For our summer camps, we understand that each child adjusts differently in a new environment. Because camps are only one week long, parents are welcome to stay or step out, whatever helps your child feel most comfortable. While we encourage independence when possible, our priority is that every camper feels safe, supported, and ready to have fun!

There will be a showcase Friday. Campers should wear black pants and a plain colored t-shirt to the showcase on Friday.

Level up your moves! Dancers will learn hip-hop fundamentals, musicality, and exciting choreography while building confidence, style, and stage presence in a supportive and energetic environment.

River City Strings Beginner Camp (ages 8-18) July 27-31 • 1-3 PM

Create art in a whole new way! Students will explore digital drawing, design, and creative tools while learning how to bring their ideas to life using apps and technology in a fun, hands-on environment.
